Dr. Sade Adeyi is a U.S trained Family Medicine physician with an interest in public health awareness and preventative medicine. She graduated from the Georgetown Hospital/Providence Hospital Family Medicine Residency program in Washington DC, USA in 2015. Prior to her residency, she obtained her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington DC, USA and received a Masters in Public Health degree with honors from the George Washington University in Washington DC as well as a Bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania, USA.
Dr. Adeyi has a commitment to providing wholesome integrated care for patients of all ages, sexes and races. She serves as a Medical Consultant to private individuals and companies in Nigeria and is an Executive Board member of the International Health Management Services HMO in Nigeria.
At CASS, Dr. Adeyi will address common cosmetic and musculoskeletal complaints as well as provide routine pre-operative and post-operative care. She will also provide a range of comprehensive adult and pediatric primary care services, including the management of common chronic illnesses such as Hypertension, Diabetes and Asthma, as well as routine Childhood Vaccinations and Health Maintenance services.
